There will be two versions, a regular Part 1 containing the first 9 episodes, English/Japanese audio (with English subtitles).
The Special Edition (SE) comes with the same 9 episodes as well as Gundam 00 Manga Vol. 1 (an adaptation of the series) and Gundam 00F Manga Vol. 1, a side story series.
